WARWICK — Warwick Police made 45 arrests between March 23 and March 29 on charges including eight for outstanding warrants, two for driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, five for domestic assault, one for felony domestic assault, two for possession of illegal weapons (not firearms) one for simple assault, one for marijuana possession and disorderly conduct, and one arrest for statutory rape.
Following are the details of those arrests:
- On March 23 at 7:45 p.m., Warwick Police arrested Jason Radican, 19, at Target, 400 Bald Hill Road, charging him with possession of marijuana, 1 oz. or less, and disorderly conduct/fighting.
- On March 24, at 10:36 a.m., Warwick Police arrested Darion Heard, 28, at Motel 6, 20 Jefferson Boulevard, charging him with domestic felony assault.
- On March 25, at 11:15 p.m., Warwick Police arrested Randall S. Martin III, 29, at Rhode Island Mall, 650 Bald Hill Road, charging him with simple assault/battery, disorderly conduct, and possession of marijuana, 1 oz or less.
- On March 28, at 1:43 p.m., Warwick Police arrested Qyon P. Pichardo, 18, charging him with third degree sexual assault/statutory rape.
