Warwick, RI — Another 28 home sales were recorded in Warwick through June 26, according to the Statewide MLS, continuing the city’s trend of 20+ sales weeks.

Among this week’s newly-sold homes are a Colonial in Greenwood that went for $325,000, a Cape Cod in Potowomut purchased for $255,000 and a unique Contemporary in Greenwood with a stone fireplace and many recent updates.
