WARWICK, RI — Arrests in the Warwick RI Trooper Log Oct. 16 -24 involved charges against three for B&E, domestic violence, and violation of a no-contact order.

Coventry man arrested on domestic violence charge On Sunday, Oct. 20, 2024 at 3:27 p.m., troopers arrested Scott E. Guindon, 45, of 45 Sherwood Valley Lane, Coventry Rhode Island for 1.) Affidavit Arrest Warrant out of the Coventry Police Department for Possession of Marijuana Over Two Ounces, 2.) Kent County Superior Court Bench Warrant for 32(f) Technical Violation on the original charge of Domestic Violence originating out of the Warwick Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Main Street in the Town of West Warwick. The subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed, then turned over to the Coventry Police Department.

Missed court, B&E charge On Monday, Oct. 21, 2024, at 1:14 p.m., troopers arrested Lorenzo Evans, 50, of 500 Kilvert St., Warwick, Rhode Island, on a Providence Superior Court bench warrant for failure to appear for a motion to withdraw hearing on the charge of Unlawful Breaking and Entering originating out of the Cranston Police Department.
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Elmwood Avenue, in the City of Providence. Evans was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and later turned over to the Providence Superior Court.
Violation, no-contact order On Wednesday, October 23, 2024 at 6:26 p.m., troopers arrested Austin Fogell, 29, of 311 Vineyard Road, Warwick, Rhode Island on an Arrest Warrant for Violation of a No Contact Order originating out of the Johnston Police Department.
The arrest was a result of troopers responding to a motor vehicle crash on Rte. 146.Fogell was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed and later transported to Johnston Police Department.
