Warwick Police Log Sept. 21 – 28: Domestic Assault, Soliciting A Child, B&E

WARWICK, R.I.  —  Police  made 52 arrests between Sept. 21 and Sept. 28, including five for DUI, three for shoplifting, two for domestic assault, one for embezzlement, one for breaking and entering and one for indecent solicitation of a child, according to theWarwick Police log

  • At 7:30 p.m. Sept. 23, Warwick Police arrested Joshua Fiske, 25, at the Warwick Mall, 400 Bald Hill Road, charging him with Domestic Simple Assault.
  • At 1:30 p.m. Sept. 24, Warwick Police arrested David P. Simmons, 25, at 19 Bakers Creek Road, charging him with indecent solicitation of a child.
  • At 2:46 a.m. Sept. 25, Warwick Police arrested Jacob C. Parkinson, 42, on Drum Rock Road, charging him with Domestic Aggravated Assault by Strangulation, Domestic Simple Assault, Domestic Vandalism, and Domestic Disorderly Conduct.
  • At 12:53 p.m. Sept. 26, Warwick Police arrested Kevin Smith, 36, at 2406 Post Road, Auto Spa, charging him with breaking and entering of a business place with felonious intent.
