Warwick, RI – The Warwick Police Department’s Citizen Satisfaction Survey, run once every three years gauging the effectiveness and quality of the department, online, is back, and you’ve got till March 31 to add your voice.

“This is your chance to tell us how we are doing and how we can improve our service to you. We want it all, the Good, the Bad and the Ugly,” the Warwick Police wrote about the survey on their Facebook page.

The questionnaire is actually split between a Citizens Satisfaction Surveyand a  Business Satisfaction Survey. The goal of the survey, according to a WPD release, is to discover, “…what residents and business owners truly feel about the department that serves them every day.

Highlights, thus far in the creative criticism column, include addressing long wait times in the lobby, officer response delays, suggested online reporting and the need for courteous call takers.

“You are identifying areas for improvement, many we already know, but you are also providing the impetus for change,” Warwick Police wrote.
