Warwick Police Arrests Aug. 3 – 10: Simple Assault, DUI, Narcotics

WARWICK, R.I.  — Warwick Police made 53 arrests between Aug. 3 and Aug. 10, including six for DUI, two for shoplifting, one for simple assault, and one for obtaining money under false pretenses, and two arrests for narcotics possession.

  • At 11:15 a.m. Aug. 4, Warwick Police arrested Michael Justin Burgess, 29, at McDonald’s, 820 Post Road, charging him with possession of narcotics.
  • At 6:40 p.m. Aug. 4, Warwick Police arrested Paulina Panciera, 20, at Walmart, 650 Bald Hill Road, charging her with receiving money under false pretenses.
  • At 2:12 a.m. Aug. 5, Warwick Police arrested Alexis G. Germeia, 23, at the Shell Gas Station at 708 Greenwich Ave., charging him with simple assault and disorderly conduct.
  • At 11:01 a.m. Aug. 5, Warwick Police arrested Gregory Lee, 48, at the Lowes at 555 Greenwich Ave., charging him with manufac/poss/deliver/ narcotics.
