WARWICK, RI — WPD September 2024 Warwick arrests included charges for DUI, larceny, domestic violence, simple assault and felony assault.

Warwick Police made 163 arrests during this period, according to Warwick Police records. Below are the  basic details of specific Warwick arrests, followed by the numbers of arrests for each charge.

September Warwick Arrests Details

Larceny of Firearm On Friday, Sept. 6 at 5:14 p.m., Officer Brian Pacheco arrested Austin M. Gerundio, 26, of 10 Robin Hill Road, Warwick, charging him with Larceny of Firearm. Gerundio was arraigned in Third District Court Sept. 16, scheduled for a Dec. 16 court screening, and released in $1,000 surety bail.

Larceny,  assault  On Monday, Sept. 23, at 7:37 a.m., Officer Brian J Holleran arrested Adriana Lovelace, 31, of 30 Becker Ave., Johnson, RI, charging her with simple assault/battery and larceny less than $1,500. Lovelace was arraigned on the charges Oct. 17 in Third District Court. She was scheduled for a pre-trial conference on Nov. 15 and released on $1,000 personal recognizance.

Larceny, vehicle tampering On Monday, Sept. 30, Officer Nathaniel Gray arrested Raymond Salvatore Baccaire, 51, of 148 Atwood Ave., Cranston, RI, charging him with larceny between $5,000 and $1,500 and tampering with vehicles. He was arraigned in Third Division District Court on Sept. 30, then scheduled  for a status conference Oct. 15 and a court screening Dec. 16.

Felony assault: On Saturday, Sept. 21, at 5:27 p.m., Officer Michael Ferraria arrested Anna Pereira, 32, of 1 Willow Glen Circle, Apt. 71, Warwick, RI, charging her with felony assault  and disorderly conduct. She was arraigned in Third District Court Sept. 23 and scheduled for a status conference on Sept. 30, which was continued on Oct. 7, during which she was presented as a bail violator, and again Oct. 21, then scheduled for a court screening Dec. 9. 

She was released Sept. 23 on a $5,000 surety bond, with a  Non-Domestic No Contact Order.
