WARWICK, R.I. — RI State Police (Internet Crimes Against Children)ICAC Task Force members investigating a Providence man for attempting to solicit a child for indecent purposes in the area of Airport Road chased and arrested him this afternoon at about 3 p.m. as he fled in his vehicle and crashed into the wooden guardrail at Winslow Park.

State Police Arrest Warwick Sex Offender for Indecent Solicitation of Minor

A registered sex offender living in Warwick was arrested July 16 on charges of indecent solicitation of a minor and electronically sending indecent material to minors after RI State Police followed leads from a federal human trafficking investigation in New Jersey in April.
