State Trooper Log: Bail Violation, Felony Assault, Driving to Endanger Warrants

Editor’s note: The following Warwick, RI arrests between June 19 and June 24 were reported by the RI State Police on their website. An arrest reflects charges against an individual, and does not indicate guilt or innocence.

June 19 – Bail violation arrest: Members of the HIDTA Unit arrested Keith Calitri, 47, of 4 Sudbury St. Warwick on a Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Violating Bail. Calitri was processed at the Wickford Barracks, and transported to the Adult Correctional Facility.

June 20 – Missed court on driving to endanger charge:  At 7:45 a.m., troopers arrested Lloyd Card, 22 of 31 Carovilli St., North Providence, Rhode Island on a Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Determination of Restitution for Driving to Endanger – Personal Injury originating from the North Providence Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. Card was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institutions.

June 21 – Missed court on common nuisance charge: On Sunday June 21, 12:35 a.m., troopers arrested Chad Thompson, 28 of 124 Sherwood St, Providence, Rhode Island on a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for cost review on the charge of Common Nuisance/Controlled Substance originating from the Providence Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. Thompson was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institutions.

June  23 – Missed court on suspended license charge: At 10:25 p.m., troopers arrested Jessica Geer, 30, of 19 Broad St., Apartment #5, West Warwick, on a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Payment Review on the initial charge of Operating on a Suspended License originating out of the Warwick Police Department.

The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Main Street in the Town of West Warwick. Geer was transported the Hope Valley Barracks, processed and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution Women’s Intake Center.

June 24 – Missed court on shoplifting charge: At 3:17 a.m., troopers arrested Tania Suzzi, age 41, of 441 Woonasquatucket Ave., North Providence, for a Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Cost Review on the charge of Shoplifting originating out of the Warwick Police Department.

Suzzi was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed, and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institute Women’s Intake Center.

June 24 – Missed court appearances on felony assault, leaving accident, vandalism charges:  Members of the Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested James Bohan, 26, of 185 Stafford Road, Tiverton, on the following charges: 1) Washington County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Violation Hearing on an original charge of Felony Assault with Device Similar to Firearm by the South Kingstown Police Department; 2) Kent County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Violation Hearing on an original charge of Leaving the Scene of Accident resulting in Injury or Death by Warwick Police Department; and 3) Fourth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Trial Conference on an original charge of Vandalism by the Narragansett Police Department.

Bohan was processed at the Wickford Barracks and turned over to Kent County Superior Court officials.
