Members of the Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested James Bohan, 26, of 185 Stafford Road, Tiverton June 24, on three charges including a Washington County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Violation Hearing on an original charge of Felony Assault with Device Similar to Firearm by the South Kingstown Police Department and leaving the scene of an accident from the Warwick Police Department.
