WARWICK, RI —  Arrests in the RI Trooper Log May 4 in, nearby and involving Warwick included arrests for DUI, larceny and violating a protective order.
Gaming Enforcement Unit arrests Warwick man for larceny On May 4 at 5:15 p.m., members of the Gaming Enforcement Unit arrested Joseph S. Tabishesky, 64, of 1848 Elmwood Ave., Apt. 3, Warwick, Rhode Island for one count of larceny under $1,500.
The arrest was the result of an investigation by the Gaming Enforcement Unit at Twin River Casino. Mr. Tabishesky was taken into custody without incident, processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, and released on personal recognizance after an initial appearance in front of a Bail Commissioner.
Troopers arrest woman for violating protective order At 8:51 p.m. May 4, troopers arrested Angela Wilkinson, 41, of 176 Simmonsville Ave., 1st floor, Johnston, RI for a Violation of a Protection Order. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Jefferson Boulevard, in the City of Warwick.
Erratic driver report results in DUI arrest At 10:50 p.m. May 4, troopers arrested Nakiesha Morales, 33, of 576 Stoneyfort Road, Kingston, RI for 1) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – 1st Offense – BAC Unknown, 2) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test, 3) Resisting Arrest, 4) Obstruction, 5) Disorderly Conduct, 6) Driving on a Suspended License – 3rd or Subsequent Offense.
The arrest was the result of an E911 call for an erratic operator and a subsequent motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 in the City of Warwick.
