State Police Arrest Two Warwick Men in Child Porn Bust

Warwick, RI – The RI State Police Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force followed up a three-month long investigation Tuesday, arresting 11 men for crimes allegedly exploiting children.

Over the last three months, ICAC Task Force members engaged in undercover investigative operations to identify subjects using the Internet to exploit children, according to RI State Police.

Yesterday morning, members of the Rhode Island ICAC Task Force, as well as local and Federal law enforcement partners, executed numerous court-authorized search warrants at residences throughout the state associated with the ongoing undercover investigations. As a result, assorted digital media was seized which contained evidence related to victimization of children and technology-facilitated crimes, police report.

Further investigation identified the following individuals as the alleged owners of media containing images and/or videos of child pornography:

1. Gary Kabler, age 51, of 244 Beacon Park Drive, Apt B, East Providence
2. Keith Anderson, age 39, of 31 Rogler Farm Road, Smithfield
3. Mao Lorn, age 51, of 61 Kenyon Road, Cranston
4. Matthew Corr, age 25, of 7 Eileen Drive, West Warwick
5. Nicholas Jollimore, age 29, of 22 Mowry Street, Pawtucket
6. Edward Garabedian, age 66, of 17 Crestview Drive, Smithfield
7. John Anderson, age 69, of 84 Meadow Street,Unit 1, Pawtucket
8. Nathaniel Wahl, age 31, of 1353 West Shore Road, Warwick
9. Joseph Phillips, age 39, of 45 Rounds Avenue, East Providence
10. Donald Moore, age 67, of 56 Staples Avenue, Warwick
11. Daniel Cruz, age 30, of 216 Melrose Street, Unit 2, Providence

Kabler is the Director of Education and also teaches religious school classes at Temple Habonim at 165 New Meadow Road, Barrington, Rhode Island.

Warwick resident Donald Moore is a convicted sex offender who is registered with the State of Rhode Island and was arrested for Possession of Child Pornography for the second time. He is currently on probation related to a previous conviction for Possession of Child Pornography which was charged by members of the ICAC Task Force in 2013.

At this time there are no indications that any of the individuals arrested today have had inappropriate contact with children, according to the report.
