Warwick, RI – Another robust week of sales in Warwick ended with 33 closings including a couple in the luxury and waterfront category, with six under $150,000 and 16 over $200,000.
On one end of the scale, there’s a three-bed, one bath Colonial at 197 Harrington Ave. that sold for $98,000 and a four-bed, three-bath Contemporary at 200 Briarcliff Ave. for $915,000.
“With the kids back to school, we noticed a little upsurge in buyer activity and seller listing calls as well as showing requests and we are expecting a super strong fall. Its definitely a great time to buy, sell or invest in Real Estate in Warwick,” said Matthew Patty, a real estate agent with Keller Williams Realty.
