Warwick, RI –  There were 27 home sales recorded in Warwick through July 31, according to the Statewide MLS, 17 with sale prices less than $150,000.
At the top of the range is a single-family, six-bedroom house with three bathrooms, Â an in-law apartment and a jacuzzi on a little over an acre. The new owner acquired it for $390,000, down from an asking price of $490,900.
Near the opposite end of the spectrum is a 2-bed, 1 bath ranch-style bungalo sold for $113,500, down from the $132,900 asking price.
