Scenes from the 7th Annual Rocky Point 5K

WARWICK, R.I. — Hundreds of runners from all over New England are expected to compete in today’s Rocky Point 5K hosted by the Central Rhode Island Chamber of Commerce — and WarwickPost.com is on the scene. Watch this page for updates as the runners cross the finish line!

Rocky Point 5K starts off at 10 a.m. with a field of a several hundred runners.
Bronson Venable of Warwick, first place in the Men’s Division, finishing n with an official time of 16:57.8
Gregory Motta of Saugustown, finished second in the Men’s Division with an official time of 17:20.3.
Robert Corsi of Warwick, third place in the Men’s Division with an official time of 19:20.2.

 

Taylor Fortham of Providence, Women’s Division winner, with a time of 19:36.7.

 

Biliana Mihaylova of Ayer, MA, finished second in the Women’s Division with a time of 20:16.7.
Tracey Foster of East Greenwich, third place in the Women’s Division, with an official time of 20:58.9
