RISP Warwick Arrests April 25: DUIs, Wrong Way Crash

WARWICK, RI — Warwick arrests in the area April 10 – 25 included charges for  DUI, following multiple reports of erratic drivers and one wrong-way crash.

RI Trooper Warwick Arrests April 10 – 25

Erratic Driver Report Rte. 4, DUI Charge On Saturday, April 18, 2026 at 11:27 p.m.,troopers arrested Andrew Glantz,  20, of 69 Palace Ave., Warwick, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC .15 or Greater – First Offense. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to an E-911 call for an erratic operator on Rte. 4 in the Town of East Greenwich.

Glantz was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and later released into the custody of a responsible adult with a future Third District Court date.

Erratic Driver Report, Rte.295, DUI, At 5:30 p.m. April 22, troopers arrested Pathra Rot, 33, of 94 Fillmore Street Apt. F, Providence, RI for 1) Driving Under the Influence of an Intoxicating Liquor- BAC Unknown- 1st Offense and 2) Driving with a Suspended License- 4th/ Subsequent Offense. The arrest was the result of E-911 calls for an erratic operator and subsequent motor vehicle stop on Route 295 South in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult with a future Third District Court date.

Wrong-Way Crash, DUI Charge On Thursday, April 23, at 3:09 a.m., troopers arrested Joshua Bartholomew 22, of 120 Shand Ave., Warwick, Rhode Island, for Driving Under the Influence of Liquor and/or Drugs (Blood Results Pending) – 1st Offense.

The arrest was the result of troopers responding to a motor vehicle crash involving a wrong way operator on Route 37 in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to Rhode Island Hospital and misdemeanor released with a notice to appear in Third District Court at a later date.

Rte. 95 Stop, DUI Charge On Thursday, April 23, 2026 at 10:04 p.m., troopers arrested Eric Baumann, 59, of 635 Main St., Falmouth, Massachusetts, for Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC .15 or Greater – First Offense (Phase I: 0.189% & Phase II: 0.185%).

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and later released into the custody of a responsible adult with a future Third District Court date.

Rte. 95 stop, DUI charge On Friday, April 24, at 9:29 p.m., troopers arrested Astrid Perez Herrera, 21, of 50 King St., North Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) DUI of Liquor or Drugs – B.A.C. Unknown – 1st Offense, 2.) Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test – 2nd Offense, and 3.) Driving with Suspended License – Certain Violations.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a Notice to Appear in Third Division District Court.

Rte. 95 stop, DUI charge  On Saturday, April 25, at 12:38 a.m., troopers arrested Andrew Cervini, 35, of 114 Second Point Road, Warwick, Rhode Island, for 1.) DUI of Liquor or Drugs – B.A.C. Unknown – 1st Offense, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test – 2nd Offense.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 South in Warwick. Cervini was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks where he was processed, arraigned, and released with a Notice to Appear in Third Division District Court.
