Stop by the Goddard Park Farmers’ Market today and grab some fresh produce, breads, meats, flowers and more from local spots. 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Goddard State Park, 1095 Ives Road, Warwick.

Food Truck Friday Roger Williams Park

Enjoy Food Truck Friday featuring more than a dozen locally-owned food trucks, along with local beer from Trinity Brewhouse, along with live music. 5-8 p.m. Roger Williams Park Zoo & Carousel Village, 1000 Elmwood Ave., Providence

Safety Day

Join Coventry’s Substance Abuse Task Force for its first-ever Safety Day. This free event will include demonstrations from Coventry fire and police, as well as State Police. They’ll be giving away free bike helmets and more, plus have some fun with balloon artist Ron and face painting. There will also be a Child ID table and many community partners participating. 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Coventry High School, 40 Reservoir Road, Coventry.

Blueberry Picking

Grab the family and pick your own blueberries today at Rocky Point Farm. 7 a.m. to noon. Rocky Point Farm, 130 Rocky Point Ave., Warwick.

JAYCEES Clean-ups & Green-Ups

Join the JAYCEES at their award-winning arboretum every Saturday to help clean up. From pinching flowers, trimming trees, pruning shrubs, restoring plant beds, painting fencing in more, come lend a hand while enjoying the beauty of the area. 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., Riverpoint COMMUNITY Park, 110 Hay St.

Four Annual Ratha Yatra of Lord Jagannath

Come celebrate the fourth annual Ratha Yatra of Lord Jagannath at the Rhode Island Hindu Temple Society. This free cultural event will feature several programs including Bhajan and Odissi Dane, Chariot Festival and Prasadam. 10 a.m., 40 Astral St., Warwick.

2021 Rhode Island Blues Fest 

If you’re a blues fan, you don’t want to miss the 2021 Rhode Island Blues Fest at the Events Center at Mulligan’s Island over in Cranston. This all-day event features a mix of established and emerging blues artists, as well as craft beers, BBQ and other food choices. Tickets are $50 for adults, $5 for ages 10-16 and free for children under 10. All the fun starts at Noon. The Events Center at Mulligan’s Island, 1000 New London Ave., Cranston.

The Trinity Beer Garden Comedy Series
