Hit & Run At 4:39 p.m. June 19, Troopers arrested James Perreault, 51 of 361 Norwood Ave., Warwick, Rhode Island for 1. Leaving the Scene of an Accident-Resulting in Damage to Attended Vehicle.
The arrest was a result of a barracks investigation and the subject being located at his residence. Perreault was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace and released.
Wanted for Larceny At 10:25 a.m. June 20, troopers arrested Mark Jennings, 37, of 164 Linwood Ave., Providence, Rhode Island on an active Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for 1.) Larceny >1,500 originating out of the Warwick Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 in Warwick. Jennings was transported to the barracks to be processed and later turned over to the Warwick Police Department.
DUI stop, arrest on Rte. 95 On Saturday, June 22, at 12:55 a.m., troopers arrested Connor J. Romano, 26, of 2768 Acushnet Ave., Apt. #6, New Bedford, Massachusetts, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs with a BAC .15 or Greater (Phase I BAC = .152; Phase II BAC = .157).
The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95, in Warwick. Romano was processed at the Wickford Barracks, arraigned, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
Missed court, suspended license At 9:30 a.m. June 27 troopers arrested Luis Martinez, 36 of 11 Handey Street, Apt. #2, Providence, Rhode Island on a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for a Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License out of the Warwick Police Department.
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Niantic Avenue in the City of Providence. Martinez was processed at the State Police Lincoln Barracks and turned over to Third District Court.
