RI Trooper Log: Warwick Arrests for Forgery, No Contact Violation

WARWICK, RI — RI Trooper Log Warwick arrests April 4 – 18 involved charges for missed court on forgery/larceny charges, a suspended license and violating a no-contact order.

Here are the basics on those RI State Police arrests:

Missed court on larceny, forgery charges On April 13, at 4:50 p.m., troopers arrested Jessica Massarone, 41, of  North Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Restitution Review on the original charge of Forgery and Counterfeiting originating out of the State Police Scituate Barracks and 2.) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Restitution on the original charge of Larceny Over $1,500 originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle accident investigation on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. Massarone was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institutions Women’s Intake Center.

Expired license At 11:51 p.m. April 15, troopers arrested McKayley O. Gomez, 26, of 101 Althea St., Apartment 1, Providence, Rhode Island, on a Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving Without/Expired License – Fourth or Subsequent Offense, originating out of the Warwick Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Cranston Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks, where she was processed, and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution – Women’s Intake Center.

No contact order violation At 11:10 a.m. April 16, Troopers arrested Steven Davis, 59, of 2570 Warwick Avenue, Warwick, Rhode Island for Domestic – Violation of No Contact Order – 3rd Offense. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to the Division of Motor Vehicle and a subsequent investigation.

The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace as a bail violator, and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men’s Intake pending arraignment at Third District Court.
