RI Trooper Log: Simple Assault, Court Scofflaw Arrests

Wickford Barracks –  At 11:20 p.m. Nov.5, at 10:15 a.m., a trooper arrested Shaneque A. Wilkerson, 23, of 37 Harvard Ave., Providence, for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant on three counts of Simple Assault originating out of the Cranston Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Centerville Road in Warwick. Wilkerson was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, and later turned over to the Cranston Police Department.

Lincoln Barracks – At 10:30 a.m. Nov. 5, troopers arrested Angel Hernandez, 39, of 8 Elmdale Ave., Providence, RI for 1.) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from the West Warwick Police Department for Shoplifting, 2.) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License from the Cranston Police Department, 3.)

Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License from the Cranston Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Potters Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, and later turned over to the West Warwick Police Department.
