Warwick, RI — A shoplifting suspect and DUI arrest were among the Warwick-related reports announced by the RI State Police this week:

Shoplifting suspect arrested on Quaker Lane At 2 p.m. Jan. 16, troopers arrested Jesse Frates, 33, of 17 Winthrop Ave., West Warwick, RI for 1.) Shoplifting and 2.) Driving Without a License.

The arrest was the result of a barracks investigation by Trooper Kells and a subsequent motor vehicle stop on Quaker Lane in Warwick. Frates was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks for processing and later arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released.

W.W. Man stopped on Rte. 95, charged with DUI On Sunday Jan. 17, at 3:14 a.m., troopers arrested Jose Quinteros, 32, of 1235 Division Road, West Warwick, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor and or Drugs 1st Offense B.A.C. .10 – .15 (Phase I .145) (Phase II .148) and 2.) Operating without A License.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 in Warwick. Quinteros was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, and held overnight pending a Special Arraignment in the morning.

Cranston woman arrested for missing court for suspended license charge At 1 p.m. Jan17, Troopers arrested Stacey Miller, 32, of 54 Dennis Ave., Cranston, Rhode Island on a 1.) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear on Ability to Pay on the initial charge of Driving on a Suspended License originating out of the Warwick Police Department.

 

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Cranston Street in Providence. Miller was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution Women’s Intake Center.

 

At 3 p.m., troopers arrested Anthony Saccoccia, 45, of 30 Howard Ave., Cranston, on an 1.) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Violation of a No Contact Order and Domestic Disorderly Conduct originating out of the Cranston Police Department.

 

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle accident on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. Saccoccia was transported to Rhode Island Hospital for non-life threatening injuries and turned over to the Cranston Police Department.
