WARWICK, RI — RI Trooper Log arrests Oct. 7 – 20 concerning Warwick involved charges for DUI, possession of fentanyl at the ACI, and reckless driving.

Wanted, Reckless Driving At 12:49 a.m. Oct. 19, troopers arrested Lauren Arnold, 39, of 599 Vernon St., Bridgewater, Massachusetts for 1.) Driving after Suspension of License – Certain Violations, 2.) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Reckless Driving/Eluding Police originating out of the East Providence Police Department, and 3.) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Reckless Driving/Eluding Police originating out of the Warwick Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Pawtucket.
The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, and held overnight pending morning arraignment as a bail violator.
Violation, No Contact Order On Oct. 18, members of the ACI Investigations Unit charged Suniel M. Ross, 40, last known address of 940 Quaker Lane, Apartment 521, Warwick, Rhode Island, for Violation of a Domestic No Contact Order 3rd or Subsequent Offense. Ross was arraigned in Third District Court and held without bail.
ACI Contraband Conveyance, Fentanyl Possession On Oct. 18, members of the ACI Investigations Unit charged Antonio V. Freitas, 32, last known address of 3188 Post Road, Warwick, Rhode Island, for the following: 1.) Conveyance of Unauthorized Articles To and From Institution; and 2.) Possession of Schedule I-V (Fentanyl). Mr. Freitas was arraigned in Third District Court and held without bail.
DUI stop, Rte. 95 On Friday, Oct. 20, at 4:57 p.m., troopers out of the Hope Valley Barracks arrested Dana Russo, 56, of 63 Cowesett Ave., Apt. 117, Warwick, RI for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor– BAC Unknown – First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – Second Offense.
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of Exeter. Ms. Russo was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, where she was processed and held overnight at State Police Headquarters pending morning arraignment by a Justice of the Peace where she will be presented as a probation violator.
