WARWICK, RI —  State Police arrests in the RI Trooper Log between Aug. 10 and Aug. 14 involved traffic stops leading to arrests for missing court on original charges including larceny, driving on a suspended license and drug possession

Here are the details of those arrests:

Traffic stop catches court scofflaw Lincoln Woods Barracks On Monday, Sept. 10, 2018, at 11:11 a.m., troopers arrested Roberto Rodriguez, 36, of 18 Kent Place, Cranston, Rhode Island, on a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License out of the Warwick Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Orms Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, and later transported to Third Division District Court.

 Traffic stop ends arrest for missing larceny charge hearing At 2:41 p.m. Sept. 13, Troopers arrested Michael Lester, age 23, of 35 Vine St., West Warwick, for a Kent County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Cost Review on the original charge of Larceny – $1,500/Greater, originating out of Warwick Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Post Road in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men’s Intake Center.

Post Road stop catches woman wanted for missing hearing At 2:45 a.m. Sept. 13, troopers arrested Amy McCaffrey, 42, of 83 Nye St., Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for a Kent County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Trial conference on the original charge of Possession of Schedule I originating out of the Coventry Police Department, and a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving With a Suspended License originating out of the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Post Road in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks for processing and later turned over to the ACI- Women’s Intake.
