WARWICK, RI — RI Trooper Log arrests Oct. 28 – Nov. 2 concerning Warwick involved charges for missing court hearings on larceny and suspended license charges.

Here are the basics on those RI Trooper Log arrests:

Missed court, larceny charge At 11:21 p.m. Oct. 30, troopers arrested Christopher J. Stuart, 52, of 16 Primrose Lane, Johnston, Rhode Island, for 1.) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Trial Conference on the original charge of Larceny under $1,500 originating out of the Warwick Police Department, and 2.) Driving after Suspension of License – Fourth or Subsequent Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Florence Street in the City of Pawtucket.

Stuart was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men’s Intake Center.

Missed court, suspended license charge On Nov. 2, at 2:42 p.m., troopers arrested Brianna Delgado, 34, of 91 Hartford Ave., Providence, Rhode Island for a Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License originating out of the Warwick Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Smithfield Avenue in the City of Providence. Delgado was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released.
