RI Trooper Log: Missed Court, No-Contact Violation

WARWICK, RI — RI Trooper Log arrests  the week of Nov. 4  involving Warwick included arrests for missing court on a suspended license charge and for violating a no-contact order.

Here are the basics on those arrests:

Missed court, suspended license At 1:22 p.m. Nov. 2, troopers arrested William Caldwell, 36, of 28 Armington Ave., Apt. #1, Providence, RI, for a Third District Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment, on the original charge of Driving with Suspended/Revoked License, originating from the Warwick Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. Caldwell was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed and transported to Third District Court for arraignment.

No contact violation At 2:45 a.m. Nov. 1, troopers arrested Kaila Killay, 21 of 433 Country View Drive, West Warwick, Rhode Island for Domestic Violation of a No Contact Order – 3rd Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Curson Street in the Town of West Warwick. Killay was processed at the Wickford Barracks and held overnight pending morning arraignment where she will be presented as a probation violator.
