WARWICK, RI — RI Trooper Log arrests  the week of Nov. 11  involved Kent County arrests for missing court, DUI, and domestic violence.

Here are the basics on those arrests:

EG traffic stop, missed court At 5 p.m. Nov. 7, troopers arrested Justiniano Hernandez, 30, of 24 Thurber St., Pawtucket, RI for a Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on a Driving with an Expired License charge originating out of the Lincoln Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop in East Greenwich. Hernandez was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released.

Coventry, multiple warrants, Providence stop At 2:16 a.m. Nov. 10, troopers arrested Albert Perez, 28, of 26 East Drive, Apt. # 1A, Providence, RI for 1.) Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License originating out of Scituate Police Department, 2.) Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Trial Conference on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License originating out of Cumberland Police Department, 3.) Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License originating out of Coventry Police Department, 4.) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Violation Hearing on the original charge of Domestic Strangulation originating out of Pawtucket Police Department, 5.) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Status Conference on the original charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance originating out of Providence Police Department, 6.) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Trial Conference on the original charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance originating out of Providence Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Valley Street in Providence. Perez was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed then turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men’s Intake Center.

West Warwick man, Family Court warrant At 8 :35 AM Nov. 7, troopers arrested Daniel Norman, 42, of 25 N. Gate Drive, West Warwick, Rhode Island for a Reciprocal Body Attachment originating out of Family Court. The arrest was the result of a crash investigation on Rte. 295, in Cranston. Norman was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed and later transported to Providence Family Court.

WG man, DUI stop At 1:36 a.m. Nov. 9, troopers arrested Mark A. Cary, 42, of 139 Victory Highway, West Greenwich, RI, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – BAC Unknown- 1st Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Victory Highway in the Town of West Greenwich. Cary was transported to the State Police Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released to the custody of a responsible adult.
