WARWICK, RI — State Police reports in the RI Trooper Log between April 25 and May 3 involved charges for forgery and counterfeiting, dual arrests in a road rage incident and a man wanted on a litany of warrants.
Here are the details of those arrests:
Investigation leads to forgery, counterfeiting arrest At 1 p.m. April 29, troopers arrested Desaray M. Summerville, 33, for 1) Obtaining Money Under False Pretense- Over $1,500 and 2) Forgery and Counterfeiting in General.
The arrest was the result of a Barracks investigation and the subject subsequently turning herself into Warwick Police Department.
Caller reports road rage, two drivers arrested At 7:40 p.m. May 1, troopers arrested Donald Colapietro, 27, of 235 Douglas Road, Warwick, Rhode Island for 1.) Reckless Driving. They also arrested Wayne Moniz, 50, of 1168 Fish Hill Road, West Greenwich, Rhode Island for 1.) Vandalism.
The arrests were the result of an E-911 call for a road rage incident that occurred on Rte. 95 in Warwick.
Man wanted in Warwick for domestic violence, five other warrants On May 1, members of the Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Linwood Beale, 32, of 49 Alton St., Providence, Rhode Island, for: 1) Affidavit/Arrest Warrant from Providence Police Department for Simple Assault; 2) Affidavit/Arrest Warrant from Woonsocket Police Department for Violation of No Contact Order; 3) Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure To Appear for status on Domestic Violence charge from Warwick Police; 4) Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for status on Domestic Violence charge from Woonsocket Police; 5) Superior Court Warrant for Failure to Appear for status on Domestic Violence charge from RI State Police; and 6) Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Arraignment Conference on Domestic Violence charge from the Cranston Police.
Beale was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and turned over to the Providence Police Department.
