WARWICK, RI — RI Trooper Log arrests June 11 – 12 involved charges forDUI,  a disturbance call resulting in six disorderly conduct arrests, methamphetamine possession and domestic assault.

Here are the details of those RI Trooper Log arrests:

Disorderly conduct arrests follow disturbance call At 1:19 p.m. June 11, troopers responded to 531 South County Trail for the report of a disturbance, making several arrests on disorderly conduct charges. 

  • Troopers arrested Jamie Brennan, 51, of 531 South County Trail Apartment #1, Exeter, Rhode Island for 1.) Disorderly Conduct. Brennan was misdemeanor summons released on scene with a future Fourth District Court arraignment date.
  • Troopers arrested Earl Collins, 58, of 531 South County Trail Apartment #4, Exeter, Rhode Island for 1.) Disorderly Conduct. Collins was misdemeanor summons released on scene with a future Fourth District Court arraignment date.
  • Troopers arrested Chelsea Cornman, 29, of 531 South County Trail Apartment #3, Exeter, Rhode Island for 1.) Disorderly Conduct. Cornman was misdemeanor summons released on scene with a future Fourth District Court arraignment date.
  • Troopers arrested Kristina Duchesneau, 25, of 531 South County Trail Apartment #9, Exeter, Rhode Island for 1.) Disorderly Conduct. Duchesneau was misdemeanor summons released on scene with a future Fourth District Court arraignment date.
  • Troopers arrested Zachary Powers, 26, of 531 South County Trail Apartment #9, Exeter, Rhode Island for 1.) Disorderly Conduct
  • Troopers arrested Diana Saykina, 28, of 531 South County Trail Apartment #3, Exeter, Rhode Island for 1.) Disorderly Conduct. Saykina was misdemeanor summons released on scene with a future Fourth District Court arraignment date.

Missed court on stolen vehicle possession At 8:41 p.m. June 11, troopers arrested Edwin Nieves, 30, of 641 Douglas Ave., Providence for 1) Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Trial Conference on the original charge of Possession of Stolen Vehicle originating out of the North Kingstown Police Department 2) Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Cost Review on the original charge of Possession with Intent to Distribute Schedule I-II originating out of the Central Falls Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 in East Greenwich. Nieves was transported to the State Police Headquarters where he was processed and transported to the Adult Correctional Institution-Men’s Intake Center.

Traffic stop, arrest for methamphetamine, knives At 12:20 a.m. June 12, troopers arrested Patrick Palmerone, 38, of 124 Paradis Ave., Woonsocket, RI, for 1.) Possession of Schedule I-V (Methamphetamine), 2.) Weapons other than firearms (Baton) and 3.) Weapons other than firearms (Throwing Knives).

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146 South in the City of Providence. Palmerone was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released

Man turns self in on child abuse charge At 8 a.m. June 12, troopers arrested Dino Wilburn, 36, of 327 South Avenue Sixty Apt #209, Highland Park, CA for Second Degree Child Abuse.

The arrest was the result of a barracks investigation and the subject subsequently turning himself into the Lincoln Woods Barracks. The subject was processed and later transported to Third Division District Court for arraignment.

Rte. 95 stop, marijuana possession At 8:43 p.m. June 12, troopers arrested Oscar Ortiz, 20, of 11 Laura St., Apt. #2, Providence, for Possession of Marijuana >1 oz. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte 95 North in the City of Providence.

Ortiz was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released.

Rte. 95 stop, DUI At 8:55 p.m. June 12, troopers arrested Carly McGee, 24, of 17 Albert Ave., Barrington for 1.) DUI – First Offense, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – Second Offense.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 North in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released to the custody of a responsible adult.

ACI contraband, conspiracy At 10:12 p.m. June 12, troopers arrested Lea Blifford, 64, of 125 King Philip Road, East Providence on an affidavit and arrest warrant out of State Police Detective (ACI Unit) for 1.) Conveying Unauthorized Articles to and from Prison, 2.) Delivery with Intent to Distribute Schedule I-V and 3.) Conspiracy.

The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to the Barrington Police Department to take custody of the subject. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released.

Rte. 95 stop, DUI arrest At 11:11 p.m. June 12, Troopers arrested, Icaro Rodrigues, 32, of 23 Cobb Street Apartment #15, Providence for 1.) DUI – First Offense BAC >.15 Phase 1(.170) Phase 2 (.168). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the City of Providence.

Rodrigues was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released to the custody of a responsible adult.

Warwick Rte. 95 stop, domestic assault warrant At 9:37 p.m., troopers arrested Jerrell Perry, 23, of 16 Hillhurst Ave. Apt. #2, Providence, on an affidavit and arrest warrant out of the Newport Police Department for 1.) Domestic Assault with a Knife and 2.) Strangulation. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in Warwick.

Perry was transported to State Police Headquarters, processed and transported to the Newport Police Department.
