Editor’s note: The following Warwick, RI area arrests recorded in the RI Trooper Log were reported by the RIState Police on their website. An arrest reflects charges against an individual, and does not indicate guilt or innocence.

WARWICK— State Police reports in the RI Trooper Log between June 13 and June 16 involved charges for DUI, missed court appearances, assault and felony assault, most stemming from traffic stops throughout the state.

Here are the available details of those arrests:

Quaker Lane stop, DUI arrest At 12:28 a.m. June 13, troopers arrested Andrew Kline, 26, of 9 Airport Road, Coventry Rhode Island on the charge of 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Alcohol/Drugs – 1st Offense – BAC Unknown and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test 2nd Offense.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop Quaker Lane in East Greenwich. Kline was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released to the custody of a responsible adult.

Rte. 95 stop, shoplifting arrest At 8:37 a.m., June 13, troopers arrested Joseph Almonte, 36, of 76 Sweet Ave., Apt. 3, Woonsocket, Rhode Island for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant out of the Cranston Police Department for Felony Shoplifting.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North in West Greenwich. The subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed, and turned over to the Cranston Police Department.

Woman turns self in for missing court hearing At 11:45 a.m. June 13, troopers arrested Sharra Manson, 37, of 15 Earlham Way, Warwick, Rhode Island, on a Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference for the charge of Driving with a Suspended License originating from the Warwick Police Department.

The arrest was the result of the subject turning herself into the Wickford Barracks. The subject was processed and turned over to Third Division District Court.

Troopers aid Sherriff’s Department on no-contact violation arrest On Thursday, June 13, 2019, at 5 p.m., troopers arrested Ezeugoh Chukwujindu, 34, of 74 Appleton St. Apartment #3, Cranston, Rhode Island, on an affidavit and arrest warrant for violation of a no contact order originating out of the Woonsocket Police Department.

The arrest was the result of troopers assisting the Rhode Island Sherriff’s Department with a person in custody at the Sixth Division District Court. Chukwujindu was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, and later turned over to the Woonsocket Police Department.

Carnation Drive, DUI arrest At 6:24 p.m. June 15, troopers arrested Tyler Goff, 21, of 99 Carnation Drive, Warwick, Rhode Island, for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – First Offense / B.A.C. Unknown.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle accident investigation on Dodge Street in New Shoreham. Goff was transported to the New Shoreham Police Department, arraigned by a First Warden, and later released into the custody of a responsible adult.

Arrest, Domestic Simple Assault At 11 p.m. June 15, Troopers arrested Sean Nolan, 24, of 6 Griffin Drive, Warwick, Rhode Island, for Domestic Simple Assault and Domestic Disorderly Conduct.

The arrest was the result of a disturbance on Rte. 1 in the Town of South Kingstown. The subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks for processing, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and later released.

Missed court on B&E, stolen vehicle charges On Saturday, June 15, at 10:49 a.m., troopers arrested Jose Noriega, 22 of 95 Ring St., Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Restitution Review on the charge of Breaking and Entering of a Dwelling originating out of the Providence Police Department and 2.) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Restitution Review on the charge of Possession of a Stolen Vehicle originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on the Airport Connector in Warwick.

Noriega was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men’s Intake Center.

Felony assault arrest At 11:10 a.m. June 16, troopers arrested Fallon Rodriguez, 25, of 325 West Shore Road Apartment #12, Warwick, Rhode Island on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Felony Assault originating out of the Central Falls Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 in Warwick. Rodriguez was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed and turned over to the Central Falls Police Department.

Missed court on suspended license charge At 3:25 p.m. June 16, troopers arrested Andrew Fernandez, 30, of 51 Malvern St., Providence, Rhode Island for a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License originating out of the Johnston Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 South in the City of Warwick. Fernandez was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men’s Intake Center.
