Wickford Barracks:
At 1:21 a.m. Dec. 12, troopers arrested Ryan Landry, 30, of 126 Brichwood Drive Cranston, RI, charging him with: 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – 1st Offense – BAC .15 -Greater (Phase I = .197, Phase II = .188).
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on East Avenue in Warwick. Landry was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed, and held overnight pending a Third District Court arraignment.
On Dec. 13 at 8:50 p.m., troopers on DUI Patrol, arrested Enrique Salas, 42, of 59 Dartmouth Ave., Providence, RI, charging him with: Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs (Child Under the Age of 13 in Vehicle) – 1st Offense – BAC .10 – .15 (Phase I = .112, Phase II = .119).
The arrest was the result of troopers responding to a motor vehicle accident on Route 95 South in Warwick. Salas was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, and later released after being arraigned by a Justice of the Peace.
On Dec. 14 at 7:20 a.m., troopers arrested Yuleysi Garcia, 19, of 376 Douglas Ave., Providence RI for a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the charge of Driving with a Suspended License originating out of the State Police Chepachet Barracks.
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. Garcia was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed and transported to the Adult Correctional Institution.
On Dec. 14 at 9:25 a.m., troopers arrested Peter Donato, 38, of 252 New London Ave., West Warwick on a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the charge of Driving with a Suspended License originating out of the Warwick Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick.
Donato was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution.
