Troopers make DUI arrest on Rte. 95 At 2 a.m. Nov. 29, troopers arrested Michael Pezzullo, 27, of 44 Cold Spring Drive, West Warwick, RI for 1) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs 1st Offense – B.A.C. Unknown and 2) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test.
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in Warwick.
Traffic stop on Rte. 95 ends in DUI arrest At 3:15 a.m. Nov. 29, troopers arrested Janice Santiago, age 27, of 305 Cowesett Ave Apt. 709, Warwick, RI for 1) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs 1st Offense – B.A.C. Unknown and 2) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test.
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick.
