COVENTRY, RI — RI Trooper Log Coventry arrests  May 25 through June 2 concerning Coventry and West Greenwich involved DUI charges and arrests on warrants resulting from stops on Rte. 95.

Here are the basics on those RI State Police arrests:

DUI, Rte. 95 stop At 10:51 p.m. June 12, troopers arrested Robert Marigold III, 60, of 10 Adams Drive Coventry, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs– B.A.C. Unknown 1st Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to A Chemical Test. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95, in the Town of Exeter.

The subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.

WG stop, Pawtucket warrant At 8:05 a.m. June 10, troopers arrested Kishawn Mahase, 29, of 571 Willard St. Quincy, Massachusetts for a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant from Failure to Appear on the original charge of Driving Without a License originating out of Pawtucket Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 North in the Town of West Greenwich, Mahase was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men’s Intake Center.

WG arrest, receiving stolen goods On Monday, June 5, at 4:14 p.m., troopers out of the Hope Valley Barracks arrested Mario Antelo, 32, of 465 Union Ave., Apt. 1, Providence, Rhode Island as a Fugitive from Justice out of the State of Massachusetts on the original charge of Receiving Stolen Property.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 in West Greenwich. Antelo was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed, arraigned before the Justice of the Peace, then transported to the ACI Men’s Intake Center.
