Warwick, RI – State Police arrests involving residents of and stops in Warwick this week resulted in charges for missing court on suspended license charges and a charge of obtaining money under false pretenses.
Woman arrested for missing court on suspended license charge At 3:30 p.m. Feb. 13, troopers arrested Bryan Vargas, 24, of 880 Oakland Beach Ave., Warwick, RI, for a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended / Revoked License out of the East Greenwich Police Department.
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte 95 South in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution Men’s Intake Center.
Woman arrested for missing court on suspended license charge At 8:37 a.m. Feb. 14, troopers arrested Tina Bouthhiller, 46, of 19 Phillips Avenue, Warwick, Rhode Island for a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Sentencing on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License originating out of the Warwick Police Department.
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Branch Avenue, in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed and later turned over to Third District Court.
Gaming Unit arrests woman for obtaining money under false pretenses On February 16, 2017, a member of the Gaming Enforcement Unit arrested Ashley Falkowski, age 29, of 815 Sandy Lane Apartment #1, Warwick, Rhode Island, for Obtaining Money Under False Pretenses.
Falkowski was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and arraigned in Third Division District Court before the Honorable Judge Mary McCaffrey and released on $5,000.00 personal recognizance.
