WARWICK, RI — RI Trooper Log arrests the week of Dec. 4 – 8 involved domestic assault and robbery, trespassing, and unauthorized conveyance of items at the ACI.
Here are the basics on those arrests:
Missed court, suspended license charge At 9:15 am Dec. 6, Troopers arrested Danielle Gawek, 34, of 96 Partition St., Warwick, on a Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to appear for Pre-trial Conference on the original charge of Driving with a Suspend/Revoked/Cancelled License- Third Offense originating out of the West Warwick Police Department.
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Bald Hill Road in the City of Warwick. Gawek was transported to the Wickford Barracks where she was processed and then transported to, and turned over to, Third Division District Court.
Missed court, controlled substance charge At 2:05 a.m. Dec. 8, troopers arrested Michael Gonzalez, 31, of 122 Central St., Warwick, RI, on a Providence County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Technical Violation on the original charge of Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance originating from the Providence Police Department.
The arrest was the result of a traffic stop on Twin River Road in Lincoln. Gonzalez was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institutions – Men’s Intake Service Center.
