RI Trooper Log: Court Scofflaw, Bookmaking Arrests

Warwick, RI – State Police arrests involved Kent County residents and stops in Warwick, West Warwick, and Cranston this week, resulted in charges for missing court on offenses ranging from domestic vandalism and weapon possession, as well as one arrest for bookmaking:

West Warwick Man arrested on probation/parole warrant On Jan. 24, members of the Major Crimes Unit arrested James Page, 48, of 2030 Elmwood Ave., Warwick, Rhode Island, on a Probation and Parole Warrant.

Page was processed and transported to the Adult Correctional Institutions Intake Service Center pending an arraignment in Superior Court.

West Warwick man arrested on bookmaking charge On Jan. 26, members of the Intelligence Unit arrested Donald D. St. Germain, 62, of 75 Newell St., West Warwick, Rhode Island, for: 1) Bookmaking – Second Offense.

St. Germain was arraigned in Third Division District Court and held at the Adult Correctional Institutions as a probation violator.

Pedestrian in Warwick arrested on warrant for missing court on domestic vandalism charge At 1:37 a.m. Jan. 27, Troopers arrested Anthony Folcarelli, 23, of 61 Baker St., Warwick for a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Payment on the original charge of Domestic Vandalism out of Warwick PD.

The arrest was the result of Troopers investigating a suspicious pedestrian on Washington Street. Subject was transported to the Adult Correctional Institution-Intake Center.

Providence man arrested in Warwick for missing court on weapon charge At 1:54 a.m. Jan. 27, troopers arrested Tyshaun Peete, 23, of 536 Admiral St., Providence for a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear/Ability to Pay on the original charge of Possession of a Weapon Not a Firearm out of Cranston Police Department. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Jefferson Boulevard.

Subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks for processing and was later arraigned then released after posting the full bail amount.
