WARWICK, RI — RI Trooper Log arrests Feb. 8 – 10 concerning Warwick involved charges of counterfeiting, an unregistered sex offender/fugitive and DUI.

Counterfeit Certificates, Bills or Notes On Thursday, February 8, 2024 at 9:52 PM, Troopers arrested Daviel Collado, age 22, of 23 Kinfield Street, Providence, Rhode Island on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for the charge of Passing Counterfeit Certificates, Bills or Notes originating out of the Warwick Police Department.
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Killingly Street in Providence. Collado was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed and later turned over to the Warwick Police Department.
Unregistered sex offender, fugitive On Friday, Feb. 9, 2024, at approximately 6:30 a.m., members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Paul J. Fennessey, 61, last known address of 101 New London Ave., Room 138, Cranston, Rhode Island, on the following: 1.) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from the Warwick Police Department for Sex Offender Registration Violation; and 2.) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Status Conference on an original charge of Fugitive from Justice originating from the Warwick Police Department.
The arrest was the result of an investigation by the Violent Fugitive Task Force. Fennessey was taken into custody without incident and turned over to members of the Warwick Police Department.
DUI, Rte. 95 At 2:07 p.m., Feb. 10 Troopers arrested Meghan Sullivan, 37, of 10 South Long Street, Johnston, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – First Offense (Blood Results Pending). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 in the City of Warwick.
The subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
