WARWICK, RI — RI Trooper Log arrests  Sept. 1 – 4 involving Warwick included charges for DUI, cocaine possession, assault and missed court hearings.

Here are the basics on those arrests:

DUI, Rte. 95 At 9:16 p.m. Sept. 2, Troopers arrested Justin Holmander, 39, of 24 Brayton St., East Greenwich, RI for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor -BAC UNK – 1st Offense, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test.

The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 South in Warwick. Holmander was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Third District Court date.

Natick Road, Cocaine possession At 11:30 p.m. Sept. 2, troopers arrested George Betters, 37, of 80 Summit St. Pawtucket, RI for 1) Driving Without a License- 3rd Subsequent Offense, 2) Possession of a Schedule I to V Controlled Substance – 10 Grams or Less (Cocaine), 3) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Schedule I/II Controlled Substance 1oz-1kg (Fentanyl), 4) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Schedule I/II Controlled Substance 1oz-1kg (Crack-Cocaine), 5) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Schedule I/II Controlled Substance (Cocaine) 6) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Schedule I/II Controlled Substance 1oz-1kg (MDMA).

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Natick Road in Warwick. Betters was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, and held overnight pending morning arraignment where he will be presented as a violator, and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution – Intake Center.

DUI, Rte. 95 At 1:10 a.m. Sept. 3, Troopers arrested Jeffica In, 34, of 92 Loretta St., Cranston, RI for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor-1st Offense (Phase I 0.187%), (Phase II 0.169%).

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to State Headquarters, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.

Suspended license, controlled substance At 2:44 p.m. Sept. 3, Troopers arrested Michelle Greene, 37, of 12 Youngs Ave., West Warwick, Rhode Island for 1.) Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance greater than 10 grams but less than 1 Ounce and 2.) Diving With a Suspended/ Revoked/ Cancelled License- 3rd and Subsequent Offense.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95, Warwick. Greene was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks where she was processed, arraigned before a Justice of the Peace, and later released pending a future court date.

Missed court, marijuana possession On Saturday, Sept. 3, at 2 p.m., troopers arrested Eric Heyes, 55, of 125 Oak St., Mansfield, Massachusetts, on a Sixth Division District Court bench warrant for failure to appear for arraignment on the charge of Possession of Marijuana originating out of the Lincoln Police Department.

This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95, in Warwick.

Heyes was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned and released after posting the required bail.

Simple assault At 11:38 a.m. Sept. 4, troopers arrested Caitlyn Boisvert, 28, of 145 Longview Drive, Warwick, for Simple Assault.

The arrest was the result of troopers responding to the Interstate Navigation terminal for a disturbance. Boisvert was transported to the New Shoreham Police Department where she was processed, and misdemeanor released with a future 4th District Court date.
