RI Trooper Log: Assaulting an Officer, Outstanding Warrants

Lincoln Woods Barracks: Officer assaulted  during traffic stop At 1:18 p.m. March 24, troopers arrested Nestor R. Santiago, 42, of 9 Byron Blvd, Warwick, for 1.) Assault on a Police Officer, 2.) Resisting Arrest, 3.) Disorderly Conduct and 4.) Driving Without a License.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Huntington Avenue in Providence.

Santiago was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released.

Lincoln Woods Barracks: Traffic stop leads to arrest of woman on outstanding warrant On Tuesday March 24 at 2:29 p.m., troopers arrested Dominique Dumont, 42, of 68 Burnside St., Warwick, on a Family Court Domestic Body Attachment Warrant Body Attachment, originating out of Third District Court.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Union Avenue in Providence.

Wickford Barracks: Traffic stop yields outstanding warrant arrest for illegal drugs On March at 7:23 a.m., troopers arrested Aaron Rodrigues, 20, of 94 Maynard St., Apt. #2, Pawtucket, RI for 1.) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Cost Review on the original charge of Possession of Schedule I-V originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department, 2.) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear/Ability to Pay on the original charge of Violation of No Contact Order originating out of the North Smithfield Police Department and 3.) Family Court Domestic Body Attachment for Failure to Appear for Child Support.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 in Warwick. Rodrigues was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed and turned over to Third District Court.
