Rhode Island State Troopers made two Warwick-related arrests this week, both for failing to appear in court on various charges. Troopers arrested a NY man for missing court on a fraudulent check charge out of Pawtucket and conspiracy out of Warwick; Troopers aslo arrested a Coventry man for missing court on a domestic disorderly conduct charge.
