WARWICK, RI — RI Trooper Log arrests in and near Warwick from Nov. 22 through Nov. 29  included charges for DUI, habitual shoplifting, domestic assault and wrong-way driving:

Here are the available details of those arrests:

Obstructing an officer lAt 3:30 p.m. Nov. 24, troopers arrested Matthew Martella, 33, of 21 Pierce St., East Greenwich, Rhode Island, on a Wickford Barracks Affidavit Arrest Warrant for Obstructing an Officer in the Execution of Duty and Driving with a Suspended License 2nd Offense.

The arrest was the result of an accident investigation on Rte. 95 in the City of Warwick. The subject was processed at the Wickford Barracks and held overnight pending morning arraignment as a bail violator.

Highway stop, DUI charge At 1:49 a.m. Nov. 25, troopers arrested Michael Moosey, 45, of 442 Victory Highway, West Greenwich, Rhode Island, for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/ or Drugs- First Offense B.A.C Unknown and Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 in Warwick.

The subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks for processing, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult

Highway crash, DUI charge At 11:03 p.m. Nov. 26, troopers arrested Ryan Draine, 29, of 82 England St., Cumberland, Rhode Island for 1). Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – First Offense B.A.C. Unknown 2). Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle accident on Rte. 95 in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment at Third District Court.

Habitual shoplifting arrest On Nov. 26, members of the RI Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Julie Mathers, 45, of 39 Pengrove St., Cranston, Rhode Island, on the following: 1) Affidavit/ Arrest Warrant issued by the Warwick Police Department for Habitual Shoplifting; and 2) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Review of Payment on Driving with a Suspended License.

Mathers was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and later turned over to Warwick Police.

Airport Connector stop, domestic assault charge At 4:25 Nov. 27, troopers arrested Joel Vega, 40, of 170 Wood St., Providence, Rhode Island for 1) Domestic Refusal to Relinquish Telephone 2) Domestic Simple Assault 3) Domestic Disorderly Conduct.

The arrest was the result of a BOLO for a rolling domestic and subsequent motor vehicle stop on the Airport Connector in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment as a bail violator.

Rte. 95 stop, DUI arrest At 10:23 p.m. Nov. 27, troopers arrested Arnoldo Revolorio, 43, of 169 Lowell Ave., Providence, Rhode Island for 1) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor/Drugs – Frist offense / B.A.C. Unknown 2) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test 3) Driving Without a License – Second Offense.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 South in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released to the custody of a responsible adult.

Wrong way driver, DUI arrest At 2:12 a.m. Nov. 27, troopers arrested Marcus Wilson Jr., 27, of 145 Phenix Ave., West Warwick, Rhode Island for 1) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor/Drugs – First Offense / B.A.C. Greater than 0.15 2) Reckless Driving.

The arrest was the result of wrong way driver on Centerville Road in Warwick. Wilson was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment.

Pawtucket stop, DUI charge At 1:33 a.m. Nov. 28, troopers arrested Jillian Sanders, age 28, of 835 Sandy Lane, Apartment 10, Warwick, Rhode Island for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Drugs/ Liquor- BAC 1st Offense .10-.15 (Phase One, .225, Phase Two, .226).

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on George Street in Pawtucket. Sanders was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult.
