WARWICK, RI — RI Trooper Log arrests in and near Warwick from Nov. 13 through Nov. 17 included charges for DUI, fraud, and possessing a stolen vehicle.

Here are the available details of those arrests:

DUI arrest, Airport Connector At 2:02 a.m. Nov. 13, troopers arrested Celeyne Lewis-Liborio, 25, of 62 Bloomingdale Road, New London CT for 1). Driving Under the Influence- First Offence—BAC Unknown 2). Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test-First Offense 3). Reckless Driving 4). Resisting Legal or Illegal Arrest 5). Simple Assault or Battery and 6). Driving with a Suspended License-First Offense.

The arrest was the result, or a motor vehicle stop on the Airport Connector in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where she was processed and held pending morning arraignment.

DUI arrest, Rte. 95 At 11:32 p.m., troopers arrested Waleed Ellaham, 32, of 45 Warwick Ave., Apartment #2, Cranston Rhode Island on the charge of Driving While under the Influence of intoxicating Liquor/ Drugs First Offense – Blood Results Pending.

The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95, in Warwick Ellaham was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was held and processed pending his morning arraignment.

Missed hearing, DUI charge At 1:04 a.m. Nov. 13, troopers arrested Christopher Hernandez, age 35 of 62 Alvin Street, Providence, Rhode Island on Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Technical Violation Hearing, on the original charge of Driving While Under the Influence of Intoxication Liquor originating out of Warwick Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Broad Street, in the City of Providence. Hernandez was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed and transported to the Adult Correctional Institution.

Missed court on fraud On Nov. 13, 2019, members of the Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Todd Titus, age 44, of 550 Victory Highway #19, Exeter, Rhode Island, on the following: 1.) Kent County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Trial Conference on an original charge of Domestic Assault on a Person over 65 originating from the West Warwick Police Department; 2.) Kent County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Trial Conference on an original charge of Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card originating from the Coventry Police Department; and 3.) Kent County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Determination of Attorney on an original charge of Access to a Computer for Fraudulent Use originating from the Warwick Police Department. Mr. Titus was processed at the Wickford Barracks and later turned over to Kent County Superior Court officials.

Drug possession, stolen vehicle On Nov. 13, members of the Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Uriah Conn, 38, of 125 Lincoln St., North Kingstown, Rhode Island, on the following: 1) Affidavit/Arrest Warrant from the Warwick Police Department for Malicious Damage to Property; 2) Superior Court Bench Warrant 32F Violation on a charge of Possession of Schedule I/V; 3) Superior Court Bench Warrant 32F on a charge of Felony Domestic; and 4) Superior Court Bench Warrant 32F on a charge of Possession of Stolen Motor Vehicle.

Conn was processed at the Wickford Barracks and turned over to the Warwick Police Department.

Warrant, intent to distribute drugs At 12:57 p.m. Nov. 13, troopers arrested Willie Love, 30, of 42 Pope St., Providence, Rhode Island on a Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Cost Review on the original charge of Possession with Intent to Distribute/ Schedule I-II originating out of the Providence Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Kilvert Street in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed and later turned over to Providence Superior Court.

Warrants: Domestic violence, simple assault, burlary, bank fraud On Nov. 14, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Cameron G. Pezza, 25, of 768 Atwells Ave. (3rd floor), Providence, Rhode Island, on the following outstanding warrants: 1.) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant drafted by the Warwick Police Department for Domestic Violence/ Simple Assault; and 2;) Fugitive from Justice from the State of Louisiana for a Parole Violation on original charges of Burglary and Bank Fraud.

Pezza was turned over to the custody of the Warwick Police Department pending arraignment and extradition proceedings.
