WARWICK, RI — RI Trooper Log arrests in and near Warwick from Feb. 2 through Feb. 6  included charges of DUI, Hit & Run, missed court appearances, and fraud.

Here are the available details of those arrests:

Troopers arrest man for failing to appear on multiple charges At 9:03 a.m. Feb. 2, troopers arrested Joseph Bautista, 37, of 1358 Atwood Ave., Johnston, RI for: 1) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License originating out of the State Police Scituate Barracks, 2) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for a 32F Technical Violation on the original charge of Possession of a Schedule I-IV originating out of the Cranston Police Department, 3) Kent County Superior Court Bench Warrant for a 32F Technical Violation on the original charge of Duty to Stop in Accident Damage Resulting originating out of the Warwick Police Department and 4) Kent County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Restitution Review on the original charge of Duty to Stop in Accident, Damage Resulting originating out of the Warwick Police Department.

The arrest was the result of troopers responding to Bautista’s residence at 1358 Atwood Ave. in Johnston. Bautista was transported to State Police Headquarters, processed, and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institute- Men’s Intake.

Traffic stop, DUI arrest At 12:50 a.m. Feb. 3, troopers arrested Nicholas Schwab, 31, of 10 Faxon St., West Warwick, RI, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor and/or Drugs, 1st Offense BAC Unknown, 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Centerville Road in Warwick. Schwab was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released to a responsible adult.

Missed court, leaving crash scene At 12:50 a.m. Feb. 3, troopers arrested Daniel Graf, 33, of 262 Railroad Ave., Saunderstown, RI for a Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Payment Review on the original charge of Leaving the Scene of an Accident with Property Damage originating out of the Coventry Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Centerville Road in the City of Warwick. Graf was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released.

Missed hearing, suspended license At 11:30 p.m. Feb. 3, troopers arrested DanielleLusignan, 38, of 33 Anthony Road, Foster RI for a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended/ Revoked License, originating out of the Warwick Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Dwight Avenue in the City of Cranston. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters, processed, and transported to the ACI –Women’s Intake.

Missed hearing, suspended license charge At 11:30 p.m. Feb. 4, troopers arrested Keagan Siegrist, 30, of 38 South St., West Warwick, RI for a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended/ Revoked License originating out of the West Warwick Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Center of New England Boulevard. Siegrist was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed and transported to ACI-Men’s Intake.

Rte. 95 stop, Family Court warrant arrest At 10:15 a.m. Feb. 5, troopers arrested Humberto Neves, 48, of 70 Woonasquatucket Ave., North Providence, Rhode Island, for a 1.) Providence Family Court Reciprocal Body Attachment, and 2.) Providence Family Court Reciprocal Body Attachment.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 South in Warwick. Neves was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed and later transported to Providence Family Court.

Missed court, shoplifting charge At 11:40 a.m. Feb. 5, troopers arrested Frank Adamo, 58, of 160 Paine Ave., Warwick, Rhode Island, on an active Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for a Pre-Arraignment Conference on the original charge of Shoplifting (Second Offense) originating from the Cranston Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on East Avenue in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution- Men’s Intake Center.

Rte. 146 stop, arrest on fraud, other charges At 1:33 a.m. Feb. 7, troopers arrested Nicolas Teixeira, 28, of 9 Berkeley St., West Warwick, Rhode Island for 1.) Fugitive From Justice out of the State of Massachusetts on the charge of False Creation or Use of Sales Receipt (Fraud) originating out of the Attleboro Police Department, 2.) Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended/ Revoked/ Cancelled License originating out of the Warwick Police Department and 3.) A Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original Charge of Driving After Denial/ Revocation of License originating out of the Cranston Police Department.

This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146 North in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, and held overnight pending a morning arraignment.

Rte. 295 stop, DUI arrest At 11:01 p.m. Feb. 6, troopers arrested Charles Melia, 18, of 12A Batterson Ave, #A, Westerly RI for 1) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and or Drugs – 1st Offense, BAC Unknown (Blood Results Pending) and 2) Reckless Driving.

The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 295 in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released to the custody of a responsible adult.
