WARWICK, RI —  State Police arrests in the RI Trooper Log between Oct. 7 and Oct. 12 in and involving Warwick included charges for missing court, domestic assault and DUI.

Here are the details of those arrests:

Coventry man arrested in Warwick for missing court At 2:30 p.m. Oct. 8 troopers arrested Nicholas Clesos, 44, of 680 Tiogue Ave., Coventry, Rhode Island for a Sixth Division District Court bench warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving with an Expired License originating out of the Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick.

Traffic stop nabs man wanted for domestic assault, larceny At 1:37 p.m. Oct. 9, troopers arrested Josue Alvarez, 25, of 293 Friendship St., Providence, RI for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant on the charges of 1.) Domestic Simple Assault and 2.) Domestic Larceny Under $1,500. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Centerville Road in the City of Warwick.

Rte. 95 stop ends in DUI arrest On Oct. 12, at 1:12 a.m., troopers arrested Stephen Gomes, 33, of 110 Stonedale Road, Warwick, Rhode Island for driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor and/or drugs – first offense – B.A.C. unknown and refusal to submit to a chemical test. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 in the City of Warwick. Gomes was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace and released to the custody of a responsible adult.
