WARWICK, RI —  State Police arrests in the RI Trooper Log between June 30 and July 4 involved charges for DUI, domestic assault, and narcotics possession, and disorderly conduct.

Troopers arrest man on DUI charge Eliseo Tzalam-Vincent, 31, of 104 Alverson Ave., Providence, arrested at approximately 1:30 a.m. Monday, July 2 as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Interstate 95 in Warwick.

Tzalam-Vincent was charged with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor and/or drugs, first offense, B.A.C. unknown; refusal to submit to a chemical test; and driving without/expired license – second offense.

Troopers arrest man on domestic assault warrant At 5:18 p.m. July 2 troopers arrested Danny Gonzalez, 26, of 363 New York Ave., Providence, RI, on an Affidavit Arrest Warrant originating from the Providence Police Department for the charge of Domestic Simple Assault.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks for processing and was later turned over to the Providence Police Department.

Man caught with, arrested for oxycodone, suboxone possession At 10:40 a.m. July 3, troopers arrested Aaron Leiter, 30, of 33 Bellevue Avenue, Warwick, RI for 1.) Possession of Controlled Substance (Oxycodone), and 2.) Possession of a Controlled Substance (Suboxone).

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 North in the Town of East Greenwich. The subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed, arraigned before the Justice of the Peace as a bail violator and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution Intake Center.

Traffic stop ends with DUI arrest At 11:48 p.m. July 3 troopers arrested Rui Demenezes, age 54, of 33 Ardoene St. Apt.#1 Providence, RI for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and or Drugs B.A.C. Unknown-1st Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. Subject was transported to the State Police Headquarters, processed, arraigned and later released to a responsible adult.

Traffic stop nabs man wanted for disorderly conduct At 10:57 p.m. July 4, troopers arrested Bryan Barbour, 25, of 11 De Pinedo St. Providence, Rhode Island for an Affidavit/Arrest Warrant on the original charge of 1.) Disorderly Conduct and 2.) Malicious Mischief out of the Providence Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Bald Hill Road in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the Providence Police Department.

Crash on Rte. 95 ends in DUI arrest At 11:54 p.m. July 4, troopers arrested Jarrod Blanchette, age 29, of 39 Vega Drive, Warwick, RI for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – BAC Unknown and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test.

The arrest was the result of troopers investigating a motor vehicle accident on Rte. 95 in the Town of Hopkinton. The subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment.
