WARWICK, RI — RI Trooper Log arrests in and near Warwick from Oct. 25 through Nov. 1 included charges for DUI, marijuana possession, and missed court hearings on charges including breaking and entering.

Here are the available details of those arrests:

Missed court, B&E charge On Oct. 29, 2019 at 1:56 p.m., troopers arrested Nicholas Loverdi, 28, of 134 Pocasset Ave. Apt. 1, Providence, RI for a Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Restitution Review on the original charge of Breaking and Entering of a Dwelling originating out of the Warwick Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Melissa Street in the City of Providence. Loverdi was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution Men’s Intake Center.

Marijuana possession At 11:20 a.m., Oct. 29 troopers arrested Kyle Pagliarini, 26, of 4 Pheasant Hill Lane, Cranston, Rhode Island for Possession of Marijuana – Greater th an One Ounce.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Bald Hill Road in the City of Warwick. Subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed and then transported to Third District Court for arraignment.

Missed court, suspended license charge At 9:23 a.m., Oct. 30 troopers arrested James Maron, 33, of 98 Walton St., Providence RI on a Third Division District Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Cost Review on the original charge of Driving With a Suspended License, originating out of the North Providence Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Washington Street in the Town of West Warwick. Maron was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed and turned over to the Third District Court.

At 9: 24 a.m., Oct. 30, troopers arrested Paul Moniz, 56, of 45 Maple Ave., Apartment #G, West Warwick RI on a Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Cost Review on the original charge of Possession of Schedule I-V, narcotics, originating out of Coventry Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of East Greenwich. Subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed and turned over to Superior Court.

DUI on Rte. 95 At 8:35 p.m. Nov. 1 troopers arrested Tolulope Fayanjuola, 36, of 14 Jane St., Providence, RI., for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – First Offense – B.A.C. Unknown and Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 North in the City of Warwick.

Fayanjuola was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and later released to the custody of a responsible adult.

Missed court, suspended license charge On Friday, Nov. 1 at 8:30 p.m., troopers arrested Baskale Gaydo, 24, of 201 Princeton Ave., Providence, Rhode Island, on a Sixth Division District Court bench warrant for failure to appear for arraignment on the charge of driving with a suspended license originating out of the Providence Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95, in Warwick. Gaydo was processed at the Hope Valley Barracks, arraigned and released after posting the required bail.
