PROVIDENCE, R.I. — The Providence County Grand Jury returned several indictments July 3 on charges including sexual assault, child molestation and murder, according to Attorney General Peter F. Neronha.

Here are the details of those indictments.

Joseph Lancia, 28, Smithfield, RI (P1/19-3607AG)

On July 3, 2019, the Providence County Grand Jury returned an indictment charging Joseph Lancia with one count of assault with a dangerous weapon, one count of discharging a firearm while in the commission of a crime of violence, one count of possession of a firearm without a license, and one count of assault with intent to murder.

The alleged acts occurred in the city of Providence sometime on June 12, 2019. The Rhode Island State Police conducted the investigation.

Lancia was arraigned on July 10, 2019 in Providence County Superior Court.

Lance Imor,54, West Warwick, RI (P1/19-3607BG)

On July 3, 2019, the Providence County Grand Jury returned an indictment charging Lance Imor with one count of possession of a controlled substance, one count of knowingly compounding or concealing the commission of a felony, and one count of misprision of a felony.

The alleged acts occurred in the city of Providence sometime on June 12, 2019. The Rhode Island State Police conducted the investigation.

Imor was arraigned on July 10, 2019 in Providence County Superior Court.

Amber Gill, 25, Providence, RI (P1/19-3607CG)

On July 3, 2019, the Providence County Grand Jury returned an indictment charging Amber Gill with one count of possession of a controlled substance.

The alleged acts occurred in the city of Providence sometime on June 12, 2019. The Rhode Island State Police conducted the investigation.

Gill was arraigned on July 10, 2019 in Providence County Superior Court.

Claude Holland, 26, Woonsocket, RI (P1/19-3608AG)

On July 3, 2019, the Providence County Grand Jury returned an indictment charging Claude Hollins with one count of murder, one count of discharging a firearm while in the commission of a crime of violence, one count of possession of a firearm without a license, and one count of possession of a firearm after a previous conviction of a crime of violence.

The alleged acts occurred in the city of Woonsocket sometime on Jan. 13, 2019. The Woonsocket Police Department conducted the investigation.

Hollins was arraigned on July 10, 2019 in Providence County Superior Court.

Adam Sousa, 44, East Providence, RI (P1/19-3609A)

On July 3, 2019, the Providence County Grand Jury returned an indictment charging Adam Sousa with three counts of first-degree child molestation, one count of indecent solicitation of a minor, and one count of assault with intent to commit sexual assault.

The alleged acts occurred in the city of East Providence on diverse dates between Jan. 1, 2012 and April 21, 2019. The East Providence Police Department conducted the investigation.

Sousa is scheduled to be arraigned on July 24, 2019 in Providence County Superior Court.

Terrell Walker, 40, No permanent address (P1/19-3610A)

On July 3, 2019, the Providence County Grand Jury returned an indictment charging Terrell Walker with one count of first-degree sexual assault.

The alleged act occurred in the city of Providence sometime on May 9, 2018. The Providence Police Department conducted the investigation.

Walker is scheduled to be arraigned on July 24, 2019 in Providence County Superior Court.

Domingo Ortega, 33, No permanent address (P1/19-3610B)

On July 3, 2019, the Providence County Grand Jury returned an indictment charging Domingo Ortega with one count of first-degree sexual assault.

The alleged act occurred in the city of Providence sometime on May 9, 2018. The Providence Police Department conducted the investigation.
