WARWICK, RI — Artists exhibiting in the The Warwick Center for the Arts “Sights & Sounds” Juried Exhibit were at the 3259 Post Road space May 3 to meet passers-by and talk about their work for the opening night reception coinciding with the city’s first Food Truck Night of 2018.

“Art is often inspired/influenced by other sensory experiences. For example, the rhythm of a song might inspire a painters brush strokes on a canvas, a photograph in nature could make the viewer feel as if they were there in the moment, listening to the stream flowing or waves crashing,” the center writes in its introduction to the show.
