CRANSTON, RI — This Thanksgiving, The Matt Patty team launched their first annual pie giveaway for past and current clients.

The real estate agency gave away 30 pies, apple and pumpkin, to past or current clients who asked for one. Left over pies were donated to SSTAR Birth in Cranston,  a long-term, residential substance abuse treatment program specifically designed for pregnant, postpartum and parenting women.

“It felt great to give back to the people who we are thankful for on Thanksgiving, the people who helped us build our business, our clients,” said Matt Patty, owner of the Matt Patty Team with Keller Williams.

The real estate team is heavily focused on the Warwick RI market, consistently ranking in the Top 3 home selling teams in Warwick, with 70 percent of their business from referrals or past clients.
