Warwick, RI –Â Christian Palumbo of East Greenwich, a senior at LaSalle Academy, recently made a garden planter that he donated to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Warwick.
Christian also donated soil, tomato plants and basil plants so the kids could get started right away.
The children of the The Boys & Girls Clubs of Warwick will put it to good use. The organization has a greenhouse given to the Oakland Beach Branch by a generous donor, and Club kids are very interested in growing vegetables, herbs and flowers.
