Cranston Police Arrest Larceny Suspect Wanted on Dec. 7 Warwick Police Warrant

WARWICK, R.I. — Cranston Police located Thomas Brown Dec. 16 and arrested him on the Warwick Police Department’s arrest warrant issued after he and a woman stole a woman’s belongings from her car as she was being treated for a medical emergency at the Jefferson Boulevard Mobile station across the street from Motel 6 on Dec. 7.

The warrant charges Brown with two felonies: Larceny from the person and conspiracy. Brown was transported to WPD HQ and then to the ACI. Warwick Police are charging him with two felonies: Larceny from the person and conspiracy.

The woman, identified as Joyce Baxter, remains at large. Baxter, who appears younger than brown, is described as having no upper teeth and blackened lower teeth. Both are believed to be frequent guests at the Jefferson Boulevard Motel 6.
